Soul Reader does not predict the future, guarantees no results, and does not replace any mental health professional, doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor.
Subscriptions: managed via Stripe, cancellable at any time from your account. No refunds for already-billed periods, except as required by law.
One-time purchases (Natal Silver, Natal Gold): provide permanent access to your natal chart reading. Due to the immediate nature of generation, no refunds are issued once the reading has been generated, except as required by law.

Soul Reader's code, generation methods, designs, and systems are owned by their creators and constitute protected trade secrets. Generated readings belong to you for personal use.
Soul Reader is provided "as is." We are not responsible for decisions made based on readings, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in generated results.
We may modify these terms at any time. Important changes will be notified by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Quebec courts.
If you use Soul Reader from a country whose local laws provide mandatory consumer protection rights (including Brazil — LGPD and Consumer Defense Code), those rights apply to the extent provided by your national legislation.
